Kickin It

The weather is a balmy 2 degrees, which feels like summer, sincerely.  The wind bloweth from the south and it is carrying moisture and it feels tropical.  It is 2 degrees.  And, with the summer weather, I became motivated to shed pounds so as to fit into my banana hammock speedo (yellow) and flaunt it Miami style on the beaches and the pool decks.  The run: 3.2 miles (a 5k) at a 9 min/mile pace (very slow for the historic Herbach, just fine for the present and nearly 40 year old Herbach).  My ass can and ham steaks are all loose and powerful.  I’ll fill up that yellow banana hammock for certain (at least the backside).
