It Is Okay To Be Old

Today, instead of gunning it around the track, trying to show the young people how it’s done, I went slow and thought about my running form, and thought about feeling light, and didn’t worry when Ms. Super Jock passed me by, obviously laughing in her head about how slow I am.  I just ran and ran for 32 minutes and felt good.  Below you will find a picture of an old man in a stocking camp.
