Physical Health — Should it be given points?

The truth is, I have generally exercised quite a bit through out my life. I’ve been a runner and a smoker and a drinker and an overeating fatty bumbilatty and a runner (sometimes while carrying a pack of smokes in my fanny pack, dig?). Here’s the freaking bitch of it, however… in the last couple of years I’ve found it harder and harder to exercise because it isn’t easy and smoking has made me not the best breather. I want to breathe!

I am a member of the YWCA Midtown Minneapolis and I just ran and walked three miles in about a half an hour then I lifted a bit and stretched. This is worth something to me. A point total towards some kind of happiness score for the day? Ten points. Ten points towards happiness!

There were smelly teenaged boy jocks lifting weights. One of them had his shorts pulled down so I could see his stupid smelly boxer shorts. I don’t understand this fashion and it makes me angry, which is also stupid. Why should I care?

Because, I am not interested in healthy peoples’ underpants, or teenagers’ underpants. I do like to exercise, however. So, good for me. Today, I did.

Yeah! I did it! Woof! Bark!
